In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the protection of personal data, interested parties are informed that their data will be incorporated into a personal data file, called Library Users, for which the Town Council of Sant Josep de sa Talaia is responsible, and whose purpose consists of the management of the services offered by the municipal library.

Foreseen data transfers: libraries associated with the CABIB project (Bibliographic Catalog of the Balearic Islands).
The administrative body before which you can exercise, in this case, the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition is the General Secretariat of the Town Council of Sant Josep de sa Talaia, Pere Escanellas street, 12-16, 07830 Sant Josep de sa Talaia.
Your email address may be incorporated into a distribution list, called Activities Users, for which the Sant Josep library is responsible, and whose purpose is to send you the activities organized by the library.
Activities organized by the library may be recorded and published online or in the media.

The user agrees to comply with the following rules:

Respect the integrity of library materials and equipment. Avoid tearing, bending, painting, dirtying, taking, or performing any operation that damages the collection or equipment.
Respect borrowing deadlines. Otherwise, the user will be subject to the established penalties.
Respect the reading and concentration environment of the library.
Communicate any change in contact details to the library.
Communicate the loss or theft of the user card to the library and provide new documentation, if applicable, to obtain a new card.
