- You need a valid card from any public library on Ibiza. If you do not have it with you, you may present an original ID document.
- A card issued by any Ibiza public library in CABIB is valid at the other libraries in the network.
- Library cards are personal and non-transferable.
- Users are responsible for all items borrowed on their card until staff formally record their return.
- Report a lost card or changes to your personal details as soon as possible.
- You may borrow up to seven items for fifteen days, or seven days for audiovisual materials. The overall maximum across several libraries is ten items.
- Loans may be renewed up to three times if no other user has reserved the item and renewal is requested before the due date.
- Some reference, historic, valuable and current periodical materials may be excluded from loans.
- Late returns result in suspension of borrowing rights for the same length of time as the delay.
- Lost or damaged items must be reported and replaced, or the library’s instructions followed if no replacement is available.
- Borrowing rights remain suspended until unreturned or unreplaced items have been resolved.
